About the Role

Big Lake 2, LLC (BL2) is seeking former Special Operations Forces (SOF) Personal Signature Management Specialists in the following fields: Personal Signature Management (PSM) in an electro optic environment (Infrared Spectrum), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Radio Frequency Spectrum Analysis. Primary place of performance is Fort Bragg, NC, with frequent visits to USASOC component commands.

Provide Signature Management (SM) support services to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Survival Programs. Specifically, provide lecture and classroom training to Special Forces Groups.

Requirements

  • Completed SOCOM component training pipeline with a minimum of 10 years of operational experience


  • Completed a SOCOM component Instructor Training Course

  • Current, or ability to possess, a valid Personnel Clearance Level (PCL) with the eligibility to gain TS/SCI access

  • Successfully completed official operational leadership course.

  • Served as a communication specialist- 18E, SOT-A, NSW Communicator, NSW TACEW, CCT *Preferred

  • Daily work will be accomplished on Government Bases (this is not a remote position)

  • Must be able to perform job in various environments and conditions to support mission requirements

  • Complete a 6-month job performance probation demonstrating competence under the scope of work and the ability to work independently while exceeding the customer’s requirements

  • Capable of carrying or transporting up to 40lbs of gear/equipment in support of training exercises

  • Willing to operate offshore on military craft or contracted platforms

  • Assist in the expansion and development of SM integration across various disciplines and components

  • Clear understanding of the 21st century battlespace, associated problem sets, and the ability to provide innovative solutions

  • Excellent communications skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

  • Ability to maintain a fast-paced schedule with travel across the CONUS

  • Demonstrate proficient skills in briefing and debriefing highly technical information

  • Must sign an NDA prior to the interview process.
